Normal Operation
During normal operation, the windshield wiper motor receives voltage at all times through smart junction box (SJB) fuse 49 (30A), circuit SBB49 (RD). The windshield wiper motor also receives power with the ignition switch in RUN or ACC positions through SJB fuse 45 (5A), circuit CBP45 (YE). Ground is provided to the windshield wiper motor through circuit GD133 (BK) and circuit GD120 (BK/GN). The run/park and high/low relays are contained in the wiper motor electronics. Mode of operation is dependent on the signal(s) received from the multi-function switch.

Possible Causes
- Multi-function switch
- Open or short to ground in circuit CRW19 (BU/OG), CRW08 (VT/OG) or CRW 17 (GN/VT)
- Windshield wiper motor
