PINPOINT TEST U: THE TRAILER LAMPS ARE INOPERATIVE - TRAILER REVERSING LAMPS

Normal Operation
The trailer tow reversing lamp relay coil is provided voltage through circuit 140 (BK/PK) when the vehicle reversing lamps are illuminated. Ground for the trailer tow reversing lamp relay coil is provided through circuit 57 (BK). Voltage for the trailer tow reversing lamp relay switch side is provided through circuit 1043 (DG/YE). When the trailer tow reversing lamp relay is energized, voltage is routed to the trailer tow connector through circuit 963 (BK/LG).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Trailer tow reversing lamp relay
- Trailer
