Test K: One Turn Signal Lamp Is Inoperative/Always On
PINPOINT TEST K: ONE TURN SIGNAL LAMP IS INOPERATIVE/ALWAYS ONNormal Operation
When the multifunction switch is placed in the LH or RH turn position, the multifunction switch correspondingly routes the voltage to the LH or RH turn lamps. The LH front turn lamp receives voltage through circuit 3 (LG/WH). The RH front turn lamp receives voltage through circuit 2 (WH/LB). Ground for the front turn lamps is provided through circuit 57 (BK).
The rear lamps are combination stop/turn lamps. The turn lamp functionality utilizes the existing stoplamp circuitry.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Bulb holder
- Multifunction switch
