Data Link Communications System Check:

TEST DESCRIPTION
2. This step determines if communication is good between the scan tool and the vehicle's components.
3. This step inspects the Class 2 communications system connections and any DTCs that may be set.
4. This step determines if the scan tool is able to communicate with the UART Data Line.
5. This step determines if DTC U1041 is present.
6. This step determines if DTC U1016 is present.
