DTC 41

DTC 41: Motor Driver Module (MDM) Short Circuit
1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II). Watch the IMA system indicator.
Is DTC 40 indicated?
YES- Do the DTC 40 troubleshooting and recheck.
NO- Go to step 2.
2. Do the MCM Reset Procedure.
3. Start the engine.
Is DTC 41 indicated?
YES- Replace the MPI module.
NO- Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the voltage converter module and at the MCM.
