DTC C1355 MULTI SENSOR ID'S RECEIVED

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

DTC DESCRIPTION
This DTC indicates that ECU receives two or more sensor IDs. -OR- Received sensor ID is already located to another position. The most likely cause is the refractor which surrounds the vehicle. (steel wall etc.)

DTC DETECTING CONDITION:





MONITOR SCANTOOL DATA
1. Connect "TPMS exciter" or Scantool to Data Link Connector(DLC).
2. Select "TPMS DIAGNOSIS" mode.
3. Select the "FULL" mode of "SENSOR LEARN/LOCA. STATUS" function.
4. Monitor the parameter of four WE sensor's ID on the "TPMS exciter" or Scantool.





5. Was ID of all sensor registered each?
YES
- Fault is intermittent. It has been repaired and TPMS receiver module memory is not cleared yet.
- Go to "'Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure.
NO
- Check for vehicle interference sources.
- Repair if necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
