POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Speed control on/off switch defective
- Speed control on/off/set switch defective
- Speed control resume/accel switch defective
- Clockspring defective
- Signal circuit short to ground
- Signal circuit short to voltage
- Powertrain control module defective
- Signal circuit open or high resistance
