Engine Coolant Thermostat - Installation

3.8L ENGINE










1. Position thermostat (2) in thermostat housing (1).










2. Install thermostat housing and thermostat assembly on intake manifold. Tighten bolts (1) to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).
3. Install the radiator upper hose to thermostat housing (2).
4. Connect throttle body electrical connector (3).
5. Refill the cooling system to the proper level. Service and Repair
6. Connect negative battery cable.
7. Install air filter housing Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
