Air Suspension Muffler

Removal
1
WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2 Remove the muffler assembly. For additional information, refer to Muffler
3 Remove the evaporative emissions canister. For additional information, refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Service and Repair
4 Remove the air suspension compressor. For additional information, refer to Air Suspension Compressor Service and Repair




5 Remove the air suspension compressor upper cover.
6 Disconnect the air suspension intake filter pipe.




7 Remove the air suspension muffler.
- Release clip from the air suspension muffler pipe.
- Release the air suspension compressor to air suspension silencer pipes.

Installation
1 Install the air suspension muffler.
- Locate the air suspension muffler pipes.
- Secure the clip.
2 Connect the air suspension intake filter.

CAUTION: Make sure the air suspension compressor upper cover is correctly positioned.
Install the air suspension compressor upper cover.
4 Install the air suspension compressor. For additional information, refer to Air Suspension Compressor Service and Repair
5 Install the evaporative emissions canister. For additional information, refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Service and Repair
6 Install the muffler assembly. For additional information, refer to Muffler
