DTC B0131 OPEN IN P/T SQUIB (RH) CIRCUIT

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detecting Condition:

The P/T squib RH circuit consists of the airbag sensor assembly center and the front seat outer belt assembly RH (P/T squib RH).
This circuit instructs the SRS to deploy when deployment conditions are met.
DTC B0131/64 is recorded when an open circuit is detected in the P/T squib RH circuit.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT:
- Before performing the simulation method, check that the airbag sensor assembly center is in check mode.
- Perform the simulation method by selecting the check mode with the hand-held tester.
- After selecting the check mode, perform the simulation method by wiggling each connector of the airbag system or driving the vehicle on a city or rough road.
