DTC P3004-133 - Power Cable Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

The HV control ECU monitors internal operations and detects a malfunction.






MONITOR DESCRIPTION

When HV control ECU detects that the HV battery has been charged and exceeds the entry limit, the HV control ECU will illuminate the MIL and set a DTC.

PROCEDURE

1. DTC OUTPUT (HV)
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
(c) Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
(d) Read output DTC. Hybrid Control System

Result:
DTCs other than P0A1D-390 and P3004-133 are output.
YES -- GO TO DTC CHART
NO -- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU
