DESCRIPTION
- The HV control ECU detects a wiring malfunction in the serial communication line of the w/ motor compressor assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HV CONTROL ECU - W/ MOTOR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY)





(a) Disconnect the H33 connector from the HV control ECU.
(b) Disconnect the C18 w/ motor compressor assembly connector.
(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below when the ignition switch is in the ON position.
Standard Voltage:





(d) Turn the ignition switch off.
(e) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance (Check for open):






Standard Resistance (Check for short):






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE W/ MOTOR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
