INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the fuel sender gauge assembly.
(b) Check the operation of the float moving smoothly between F and E.
(c) Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.
(d) Measure the resistance between the terminals 1 (FE) and 2 (FS) of connector according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





HINT: If the value is not as specified, replace the fuel sender gauge assembly.
