EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: SIDE STEP: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL SIDE STEP ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the 6 clips to install the side step.

(b) Install the 3 screws.

(c) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the 2 screws.

Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

(d) Install the side step with the 6 bolts.

Torque : 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

(e) Connect the connector.

(f) Attach the clamp.
