EGR Cooler

1. INSTALL EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new gasket and EGR cooler assembly with the 4 nuts.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 water hoses.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 EGR PIPE

(a) Install 2 new gaskets and No. 2 EGR pipe with the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE

(a) Install the air cleaner assembly with hose Installation.
