Installation

EGR Valve

1. INSTALL EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install 2 new gaskets and EGR valve assembly.





(b) Using an E8 "TORX" wrench, install the 2 stud bolts.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the 2 nuts.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(d) Connect the 2 water hoses and connector

(e) Install the 2 nuts.





Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. ADD COOLANT (for Engine) Coolant (for Engine)

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) On-Vehicle Inspection

5. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER CAP LH (w/ Air Suspension) Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER CAP RH (w/ Air Suspension)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

8. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield wiper motor and assembly Installation.
