Displaying & Reading Trouble Codes

PRE-CHECK




1. DTC CHECK (Using hand-held tester)
a. Connect the LEXUS hand-held to DLC3.
b. Turn the ignition switch ON and the LEXUS hand-held tester main switch ON.
c. Use the LEXUS hand-held tester to check the DTC, note them down. (For opening instructions, see the LEXUS hand-held tester's instruction book).
d. See Trouble Code Descriptions, to confirm the details of the DTC.

2. DTC CLEARANCE
DTC will be cleared when the defective condition is recovered normally.
