Reassembly

INTERIOR: REAR CONSOLE BOX (for Ottoman): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE






(a) Attach the 3 clamps to install the rear console box wire.
2. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Installation

3. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Installation

4. INSTALL REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (w/ Cigarette Lighter) Installation

5. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (w/o Cigarette Lighter) Installation

6. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET (w/o Cigarette Lighter) Installation

7. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR SWITCH






(a) Install the seat vibrator switch and clamp.
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE
(a) w/o Cigarette Lighter:
Connect the 3 connectors.
(b) w/ Cigarette Lighter:
Connect the 4 connectors.






(c) Attach the 10 claws to install the console armrest base.






(d) Install the inner tray with the 8 screws.
(e) Install 2 new covers and a new seal.
9. INSTALL TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY
10. INSTALL NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET





(a) w/o DVD Player:
Install the No. 1 disc player bracket.
(1) Align the protrusions labeled A of the rear seat console box with the holes of the disc player bracket No. 1, as shown in the illustration.
(2) Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.






(b) w/ DVD Player:
Install the No. 1 disc player bracket.
(1) Set the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A into the disc player's holes.
(2) Install the bracket with the 2 bolts labeled B.
11. INSTALL NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET





(a) w/o DVD Player:
Install the No. 2 disc player bracket.
(1) Align the protrusions labeled A of the rear seat console box with the holes of the disc player bracket No. 2, as shown in the illustration.
(2) Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.






(b) w/ DVD Player:
Install the No. 2 disc player bracket.
(1) Set the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A into the disc player's holes.
(2) Install the bracket with the 2 bolts labeled B.
12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX (w/o DVD Player)





(a) Install the console box with the 4 bolts.






(b) Install the 2 wire harness clamps and connect the 4 connectors.
13. INSTALL DISC PLAYER CONTROLLER WITH BRACKET (w/ DVD Player) Installation







14. INSTALL REAR SEAT REAR CONSOLE BOX PANEL
(a) Attach the 4 clips to install the panel.
