DTC P16A2 - Battery High Voltage

DESCRIPTION

If power source voltage drops, the control will stop because the ECU does not operate. If the power source voltage exceeds the specified level, the control is stopped to protect the actuator.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK ECU TERMINAL VOLTAGE (+B AND IG2 VOLTAGE)




(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:






NG -- CHECK AND REPAIR HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (E-ACM AND IGN FUSE - ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT ECU)
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ACM ECU - BODY GROUND)




(a) Disconnect the A9 active control engine mount ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT ECU
