BRAKE CONTROL: SKID CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal
3. REMOVE SKID CONTROL ECU





(a) Disconnect the connector indicated in the illustration.
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and ECU.





(c) Pull the 2 lock levers upward to release the lock and disconnect the 2 connectors.
(d) Disconnect the connector.
