DESCRIPTION

The air conditioning harness connects the air conditioning amplifier assembly and each servo. The air conditioning amplifier assembly supplies power and sends operation instructions to each servo through the air conditioning harness. Each servo sends the damper position information to the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the air conditioning amplifier assembly with the connectors still connected.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- Continue to next step.

2. INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.
