DESCRIPTION

When the AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) detects a malfunction in itself, the DTC is stored.

1. CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Check for DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

OK:

DTC B2420 is not output.

NG -- REPLACE AFS ECU (HEADLIGHT SWIVEL ECU ASSEMBLY)

OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK How To Proceed With Troubleshooting
