Disassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: REAR COOLING UNIT (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

(a) Remove the drain cooler hose.

2. REMOVE REAR COOLER FILTER

(a) Remove the rear cooler filter.

3. REMOVE SMOKE SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and smoke sensor.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

5. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

6. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

7. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws and piping parts clamp.

(b) Cut off the 3 cable ties.

(d) Remove the butyl tape.

(e) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

(f) Remove the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

(g) Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

8. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

(a) Disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

(b) Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve.

9. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the packing.

(b) Remove the screw.

(c) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

(d) Remove the air conditioning tube assembly.

(e) Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube assembly.

10. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR COOLING UNIT DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the 3 screws and No. 3 rear cooling unit damper servo sub-assembly.

11. REMOVE REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and air duct LH.

(b) Remove the 3 screws and air duct RH.

(c) Disconnect the connector.

(d) Remove the 3 screws and rear blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

12. REMOVE NO. 2 WIRING AIR CONDITIONER HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Cut off the cable tie.

(b) Disconnect the connectors and detach the clamps.

(c) Remove the No. 2 wiring air conditioner harness sub-assembly.

13. REMOVE REAR EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the packing.

(b) Remove the 6 clips and 8 screws.

(d) Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

14. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER THERMISTOR

(a) Remove the No. 2 cooler thermistor.
