1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

2. INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE

Standard voltage:

11 to 14 V

If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery before proceeding.

(a) Check for DTCs CAN Communication System.

(c) Recheck for DTCs Variable Gear Ratio Steering System.

(1) Simulate the malfunction and check if the DTCs are output again Variable Gear Ratio Steering System.
