Installation

SUSPENSION CONTROL: FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BRACKET

(a) Install the bracket with the 4 screws.





Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU

(a) Connect the ECU connector.





(1) Connect the ECU connector. (*1)

(2) Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)

(3) Lock the lever's lock. (*3)





(b) Install the ECU with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 14 Nm (138 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

3. CONNECT FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR CONNECTOR





(a) Connect the actuator connector labeled A.

(b) Connect the actuator connector labeled B.

(1) Connect the actuator connector. (*1)

(2) Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)

(3) Lock the lever's lock. (*3)

(c) Connect the wire harness clamp.

4. INSTALL INLET ENGINE ROOM ECM DUCT





(a) Install the duct.

5. INSTALL NO. 3 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Attach the 2 claws.





(b) Attach the clamp.

(c) Install the duct with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. FILL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID Installation

9. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) for HID Headlight:

Install the headlight Installation.

(b) for LED Headlight:

Install the headlight Installation.

10. CONNECT FRONT FENDER LINER LH





(a) Install the liner with the 3 screws.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

(a) Install the under cover with the 9 screws and 7 clips.

12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation

13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH Installation

14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH Installation

15. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH Installation

16. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH Installation

17. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY Installation

18. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING LH

19. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING RH Installation

20. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

21. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

22. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

23. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

24. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque : 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

25. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Installation

26. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

27. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.

28. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) for HID Headlight:

Adjust the headlight Headlight Assembly (for HID Headlight).

(b) for LED Headlight:

Adjust the headlight Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight).
