B2510 - Short in Pulse Width Modulation Motor LH Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The pulse width modulation motor circuit includes the luggage motor and back window motor. The sliding roof control ECU assembly drives these motors using this same circuit.

PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY (BACK WINDOW MOTOR LH)
(a) Remove the sliding roof drive gear assembly (back window motor LH).
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:

NG -- REPLACE SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY (BACK WINDOW MOTOR LH)
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK SLIDE ROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY (HARNESS AND CONNECTOR)
(a) Disconnect the Q41 connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:

NG -- REPLACE SLIDE ROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY (HARNESS OR CONNECTOR)
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. INSPECT LUGGAGE DOOR DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY LH (LUGGAGE MOTOR LH)
(a) Disconnect the B connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG -- REPLACE LUGGAGE DOOR DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY LH (LUGGAGE MOTOR LH)
OK -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY LH (HARNESS AND CONNECTOR)
(a) Disconnect the Q43 connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:

OK -- Continue to next step.
5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (EACH MOTOR - SLIDING ROOF CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY)
(a) Disconnect the Q35 and Q34 connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
