WIPER / WASHER: HEADLIGHT CLEANER SWITCH: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT HEADLIGHT CLEANER SWITCH ASSEMBLY





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





(b) Connect an auxiliary positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 3 (ILL+) and a negative (-) lead to terminal 2 (ILL-).

(c) Check that the headlight cleaner switch assembly illumination comes on.

OK:

The headlight cleaner switch assembly illumination comes on.
