1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

4. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal

5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Removal

6. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH

8. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH

9. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

10. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

11. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

12. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection

13. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

14. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Removal

15. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Removal

16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER Disassembly

18. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Removal

19. SEPARATE RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK HOSE Removal

20. DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE INLET Removal

21. DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET Removal

22. DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE Removal

23. DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE Removal

24. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER Removal

25. REMOVE FAN SHROUD Removal

26. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY Removal

27. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT Removal

28. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal B.





(b) Disconnect the generator connector from the generator assembly.

(c) Disconnect the connector from the compressor and magnetic clutch.

(d) Disconnect the 2 wire harness clamps.

(e) Remove the 2 bolts.





(f) Remove the bolt from the cylinder block.





(g) Disconnect the wire harness clamp and remove the generator assembly.

(h) Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp stay.





(i) Remove the bolt and bracket.
