EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: SIDE MOULDING: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY

HINT
When removing the front door outside moulding sub-assembly, heat the vehicle body and front door outside moulding sub-assembly using a heat light.

Heating Temperature





NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle body or moulding excessively.

(a) Put protective tape around the front door outside moulding sub-assembly.

(b) Remove the hole plug and nut.





(c) Disengage the 6 clips and remove the front door outside moulding sub-assembly.

2. REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY

HINT
When removing the rear door outside moulding sub-assembly, heat the vehicle body and rear door outside moulding sub-assembly using a heat light.

Heating Temperature





NOTICE:
Do not heat the vehicle body or moulding excessively.

(a) Put protective tape around the rear door outside moulding sub-assembly.

(c) Disengage the 4 clips and remove the rear door outside moulding sub-assembly.
