2AZ-FXE COOLING: TEMPERATURE SWITCH: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) Coolant (for Engine)

4. REMOVE TEMPERATURE SWITCH

(a) Disconnect the temperature switch connector.





(b) Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the temperature switch.





NOTICE:
Do not apply any excessive force to the heater pipe when removing the temperature switch.
