Installation
SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS: OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU
(a) Install the occupant classification ECU with the 2 nuts.
Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)
NOTICE:
* If the occupant classification ECU has been dropped, or there are any cracks, dents or other defects in the case or connector, replace the occupant classification ECU with a new one.
* When installing the occupant classification ECU, be careful that the SRS wiring does not interfere with other parts and that it is not pinched between other parts.
* Do not allow oil or grease to adhere to the occupant classification ECU during installation.
(b) Connect the connector.
NOTICE:
When connecting the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Installation.
3. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH
HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Installation.
4. INSTALL REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH
HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Installation.
5. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH
HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Installation.
6. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH
HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side Installation.
7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH
8. PERFORM REGISTRATION
(a) If the occupant classification ECU has been replaced, perform registration Registration.
9. ZERO POINT CALIBRATION AND SENSITIVITY CHECK
(a) If the occupant classification ECU has been replaced, perform zero point calibration and sensitivity check Initialization.
10. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Inspect the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
11. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY Installation
