Test H1-H3:

Normal Operation
During each vehicle start sequence, the transceiver module reads the encoded ignition key identification code and circuit 1216 sends the data to the PCM.

Possible Causes
- PATS transceiver
- PCM
- electronic-encoded ignition key
- circuit 461 (OG)
