XB63 - Check ACP SIG RTN and ACP VREF Circuit Continuity

- Key "OFF".

- A/C Pressure (ACP) sensor disconnected.

- Disconnect Variable Control Relay Module (VCRM). Inspect for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary.

- Measure resistance between the ACP SIG RTN circuit at the ACP sensor vehicle harness connector and Pin 12 of the VCRM vehicle harness connector.

- Measure resistance between the ACP VREF circuit at the ACP sensor vehicle harness connector and Pin 20 of the VCRM vehicle harness connector.

- Are both resistances less than 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Go to XB64. XB64 - Check ACP SIG RTN For Short To VREF

No -- Service open in ACP VREF or ACP SIG RTN circuit. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Attempt to reset Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 579 (Refer to XB52 for procedure only). XB52 - Clear and Attempt to Regenerate DTC

Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
