B1600: Ignition Key Transponder Signal NOT Received

NOTE:
- If the vehicle starts and runs for longer than 3 seconds, do not service this DTC.
- All video display terminals, including the SBDS(R), must be at least 1.0 meter (3 feet) away from the vehicle during the self test to avoid interference with the PATS system. Locate the SBDS(R) on the driver's side of the vehicle.
