Normal Operation
The ajar switches are monitored by the REM and FEM. When an arm request is received by the FEM the switch positions are queried, and if any door, hood, or luggage compartment lid is ajar, then lights flash five times.

If the doors are locked with the keyless remote and the lock button is pressed and second time, the horn will chirp twice to indicate that a door, decklid or hood is ajar.

- CJB fuse 5 (5A)
- luggage compartment lid ajar switch
- hood ajar switch
- door ajar switch
- FEM
- REM
- circuit 8-GL7 (WH) open or short to ground
- circuit 31-GL7 (BK/YE) open or short to power
