VTCS solenoid valve control description
- The main relay circuit supplies battery voltage to the VTCS solenoid valve and the PCM completes the ground when the following condition are met.
- Engine coolant temperature is below 65 °C {149 °F}
- Engine speed is below 3,000 rpm
- Throttle opening angle is below preset value
- The PCM turns the VTCS solenoid valve OFF for 0.15 second after engine is started.
