EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L5]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Drain the engine coolant from the radiator. Service and Repair

3. Remove the air cleaner and the air hose as a single unit. Service and Repair

4. Remove the radiator hose (upper, engine side). Service and Repair

5. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

6. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
