Removal and Replacement

POWER STEERING OIL PUMP REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7]

1. Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. Service and Repair

2. Remove the cowl grill. Cowl Grille Removal/Installation

3. Remove the windshield wiper motor. Removal and Replacement

4. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir from the tank bracket and then remove the tank bracket from the cowl panel as shown in the figure.






5. Remove the cowl panel. Cowl Panel Removal/Installation

6. Set the front mudguard (RH) out of the way. Service and Repair

7. Remove the splash shield (RH).

8. Set the power steering oil pump drive belt out of the way. Service and Repair

9. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

10. Install in the reverse order of removal.
