Vacuum Pump: Testing and Inspection

Preliminary operation:
Check function of central locking, Testing and Inspection





Prepare for testing
Numbers 1 - 3.
Check supply pump vacuum
> 450 mbar in <= 3 seconds.
Check supply pump pressure
> 450 mbar in <= 3 seconds.
Check the safety switching time by separating the supply pump from the line system
< 30 seconds with central locking and interior central locking.
< 70 seconds for the auxiliary consumers, vacuum, and orthopaedic backrest.

Preparing test
1 Connect reservoir with distributor piece to the tester for vacuum and pressure Systems.
2 Remove supply pump and seal pneumatic distributor plug. (Do not remove cable harness). Service and Repair
3 Connect test equipment for vacuum and pressure systems with the reservoir to the supply pump.

Application of the test steps in the event of pneumatic faults in the various consumers.
