QT1 Perform Visual Inspection

- Inspect the air cleaner, inlet ducting, tubes and clamps.

- Check all engine vacuum hoses for damage, leaks, cracks, blockage, proper routing, etc.

- Check the EEC wiring harness for proper connections, bent or broken pins, corrosion, loose wires, proper routing, blown fuses, etc.

- Check the processor, sensors and actuators for physical damage.

- Check the engine coolant for proper level.

- Check the engine oil level and quality.

- Check the battery voltage.

- Do all components and fluids appear OK?

YES -- Proceed to QT2. QT2 Perform Vehicle Preparation


NO -- SERVICE the fault(s) in the system as required and REEVALUATE the symptom(s).
