QT9 Check No Start Symptom

- Turn the key OFF.

- Remove the coil wire from the distributor cap.

- Connect a spark plug tester between the ignition coil wire and engine ground.

- Crank the engine using the ignition switch.

- Are sparks present?


YES -- Go to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.


NO -- Go to Ignition Systems. Testing and Inspection
