^ Is spark plug firing voltage reversed?

YES -- CHECK to see if the ignition coil primary circuit is reversed. If necessary, make proper connections.
CHECK wiring harness for ignition coil primary circuit. If OK, REPLACE the ignition coil.

NO -- Go to IGN11. IGN11 - Check Spark Plug Wire Resistance
