IGN11 - Check Spark Plug Wire Resistance

Spark Plug Wire Resistance Test:

^ Remove spark plug wire.

CAUTION: Do not under any circumstances puncture a spark plug wire when measuring resistance. Measure only as instructed.

^ Measure the resistance of each spark plug wire.

^ Is the resistance between 4,000-7,000 ohms per foot?

YES -- Go to ADV1. ADV1 - Check Vacuum Supply

NO -- Replace the spark plug wire(s).
