Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK MEMORY FUNCTION
Check memory function. System Description.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Memory function is normal.
NO - GO TO 2.
2.CHECK SEAT MEMORY SWITCH
Check seat memory switch. Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
3.CHECK DRIVER SEAT CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check driver seat control unit power supply and ground circuit. Driver Seat Control Unit.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
4.CHECK AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check automatic drive positioner control unit power supply and ground circuit. Automatic Drive Positioner Control Unit.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - GO TO 5.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
5.PERFORM INITIALIZATION AND MEMORY STORING PROCEDURE
1. Perform initialization procedure. Special Repair Requirement.
2. Perform memory storing procedure. Special Repair Requirement.
3. Check memory function. System Description.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES - Memory function is normal.
NO - GO TO 6.
6.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES - Check intermittent incident. Intermittent Incident.
NO - GO TO 1.
