INTELLIGENT KEY BATTERY

Description

The following functions are available when having and carrying electronic ID.
- Door lock and unlock
- Engine start
Remote control entry function and panic alarm function are available when operating the button.


Component Function Check


1. CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY FUNCTION

Check door lock and unlock operation with Intelligent Key switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- Intelligent Key is OK.
NO- Refer to "Diagnosis Procedure" .


Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY BATTERY






Check by connecting a resistance (approximately 300 ohms) so that the current value becomes about 10 mA.

Standard: Approx. 2.5 - 3.0V

Is the measurement value within the specification?
YES- Replace Intelligent Key.
NO- Replace Intelligent Key battery. Refer to "Component Function Check" .
