Fuel Injector: Testing and Inspection

OHM AND NOZZLE RESTRICTION TEST

Fuel Injector Testing:

1. Remove the injector connector.
2. Using an ohm meter, check its resistance. Resistance should be approximately 12 ohms. If OK, proceed to step #3. If not OK, replace the injector.
3. Remove the injector and check nozzle for restriction.

Replace the injector if it fails test.
