Vehicle Cannot Be Started From D1

SYMPTOM: Vehicle cannot be started from D1 on cruise test - Part 1.

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
1. CONFIRM THE SYMPTOM
Check if vehicle creeps in "R" position.
OK or NG
OK >>GO TO 2.
NG >>Refer to "Vehicle Does Not Creep Backward In "R" Position" Vehicle Does Not Creep Backward In "R" Position.

2. CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS
Perform self-diagnosis.
Is any malfunction detected by self-diagnostic?
YES >>Check the malfunctioning system.
NO >>GO TO 3.

3. CHECK LINE PRESSURE
Check the line pressure at the engine stall point. Refer to "LINE PRESSURE TEST" Line Pressure Test.
OK or NG
OK >>GO TO 4.
NG >>Check the malfunctioning item. Refer to "Judgement of line pressure test".

4. DETECT MALFUNCTIONING ITEM
1. Control valve assembly. Refer to "Control Valve Assembly".
2. Disassemble A/T. Refer to "DISASSEMBLY".
3. Check the following items:
^ Forward and direct clutch assembly. Refer to "DISASSEMBLY".
^ One-way clutch No.2. Refer to "DISASSEMBLY".
^ B5 brake. Refer to "Transaxle Case Cover & B5 Brake".
OK or NG
OK >>GO TO 5.
NG >>Repair or replace damaged parts.

5. CHECK TCM
1. Check TCM input/output signal. Refer to "TCM Input/Output Signal Reference Values". Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters
2. If NG, recheck TCM pin terminals for damage or loose connection with harness connector.
OK or NG
OK >>GO TO 6.
NG >>Repair or replace damaged parts.

6. CHECK SYMPTOM
Check again.
OK or NG
OK >> INSPECTION END
NG >>Repair or replace damaged parts.
