Removal and Installation


REMOVAL





1. Remove sun-visor assembly (LH/RH).
- Remove sun-visor cap (1) fixing pawls with a small flat-bladed screwdriver (A) wrapped into a tape (B).
- Remove sun-visor assembly fixing screws.
- Disconnect vanity mirror lamp harness connectors.

2. Remove sun-visor holder (LH/RH).
- Remove sun-visor holder fixing pawls with a small flat-bladed screwdriver (A) wrapped into a tape (B).
- Remove sun-visor holder mounting screw.

3. Remove body side welt (LH/RH). Removal And Installation.
4. Remove front pillar garnish (LH/RH). Removal And Installation.





5. Remove front roof finisher harness connector (A).
6. Pull down carefully front roof finisher to disengage the clips and then remove front roof finisher as shown by the steps in the figure below.






Broken circle indicates: Clip


CAUTION:
- Be careful not to damage front roof finisher bracket when removing front roof finisher.
- Never bend front roof finisher when removing.
7. Remove map lamp assembly after removing front roof finisher.

INSTALLATION
Note the following item, and install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Never bend front roof finisher when installing.
