Removal and Installation RH


REMOVAL
1. Remove the engine room cover. Service and Repair.
2. Remove the front air duct and air duct hose and resonator assembly. Service and Repair.
3. Remove the intake manifold collector. Intake Manifold.
4. Remove ignition coils. Removal And Installation RH.

CAUTION:
Never shock ignition coils.





5. Remove camshaft position sensors.

CAUTION:
- Handle carefully to avoid dropping and shocks.
- Do not disassemble.
- Do not allow metal powder to adhere to magnetic part at sensor tip (A).
- Do not place sensors in a location where they are exposed to magnetism.





6. Remove RH rocker cover bolts from cylinder head as shown.

Arrow Indicates : Front

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.





- Apply sealant to the areas on the front corners using Tool.
- Use Genuine Silicone RTV Sealant or equivalent. Fluid Type Specifications.

Tool number : WS39930000 ( - )

- Tighten the rocker cover bolts in two steps in the order as shown.
