Instrument Panel Trim Plate - Right

INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM PLATE - RIGHT









REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Steering column opening filler. Steering Column Opening Filler
3. Side covers on console accessory housing, if equipped.
4. Upper console accessory housing brackets and nuts, if equipped.
5. Accessory housing to console screws, if equipped.
6. Trim plate screws.
7. Carefully pull trim plate rearward far enough to disconnect cigar lighter electrical connection and cruise control module, if equipped.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Trim plate into I/P. Be sure lower push-on retainer clips are properly positioned before installing trim plate.
2. Cigar lighter and cruise control module electrical connectors.
3. Trim plate screws.

TIGHTEN
- Screws to 7 Nm (62 lb in).

4. Accessory housing to console screws.

TIGHTEN
- Nuts to 10 Nm (71 lb in)

5. Upper console accessory housing brackets and nuts, if equipped.

TIGHTEN
- Nuts to 10 Nm (90 lb in)

6. Side covers on console accessory housing, if equipped.
7. Steering column filler.
8. Negative battery cable.
